This website, elident.ge, is operated by Dentos LLC (ID code 405406751), which runs the Elident dental clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia, represented by its director Eter Chitashvili (“Elident”, “we”, “us”). • Data you give us: full name, phone number, email address, and any message you write when you request a call or an appointment through our forms or other contact channels.
• Health-related information: you decide what to include in your message. Please do not send medical details through the website forms; we discuss them only at the clinic or by phone.
